Rev. Dr. Elemi Gayle at a warm-lit table, a candle burning beside her

Welcome to your transformation

Level up
your whole life.

Rev. Dr. Elemi Gayle has guided people through African spiritual traditions for more than twenty-five years. This is where that work becomes a practice you can keep, one month at a time.

What taking action looks like

Small steps. Every month.

A practice you can keep

One herb, one color, one number, one prayer. A class, a working and a meditation, released on the first of every month.

Teaching, not products

Elemi sells her time and her teaching. Candles, oils and herbs live at Yeyeo Botanica, where they always have.

A circle, if you want one

Forty seats around Elemi each month, live. That is the Gold Circle, and it is the closest thing to sitting with her.

Active prayer

Prayer is a technology.

You do not wait for change. You work it. Every month Elemi gives you one working that combines the herb, the color and the number, and closes with an affirmation you speak out loud.

What people are using

The practice, in the room.

Who is Elemi

Rev. Dr. Elemi Gayle

A priestess in the Yoruba and Lucumí traditions, a doctor of religion, and the teacher behind a community of more than a quarter million people.

For over twenty-five years Elemi has helped people bring African spiritual traditions, metaphysical tools and universal truths into everyday life: how you pray, how you protect your energy, how you heal what you inherited, how you take action.

She co-founded Yeyeo Botanica in Newark, New Jersey, and leads a spiritual house alongside her husband, Awo Sean Gayle. Elemi is where her own teaching lives.

African spirituality and indigenous faiths

Old ways. Modern life.

The traditions are not a costume and they are not a trend. Elemi teaches them the way they were given to her: with order, with respect, and with the expectation that you will do the work.

What to expect

Clear. Kind. Direct.

Order

Everything has a sequence. You will always know what comes next and why.

Boundaries

Elemi's time is protected so that what you get from her is whole. That is why the Circle has forty seats.

Ashe

Every month closes the same way. You speak the affirmation out loud. Ashe.
